Seascapes Realty was founded by Mary Englund, a native Oregonian, ten years ago to market properties on-site at the Inn at Otter Crest.   In 2004, Mary's company contracted with Southshore Development in Newport to manage their on-site sales office marketing their remaining properties.  Since that time Southshore has entered it's last phase of development, after being purchased by a new developer.   This upscale development specializes in high quality construction, new homes, and the resale of fabulous oceanfront condominiums.  More recently Mary’s seen great success in bringing buyers and sellers together all along the Central Oregon Coast.
